My condolences to the Huntley family. I've known you all for quite some time. Shane was a great person with the biggest heart. His friends and family were everything to him and I know he made an impact on everyone he met. Life is short and I'm sorry that things turned out the way they did. Shane, I'll miss you and the way you called me Cindy. Anthony really respected you and this has hit him hard. If he can grow up to be half the person you were, then that would be great. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My dear friend Shane! I'll miss you daily. I'm honored to have had the chance to go to the dunes with you, Clayton, Ty, Craig and others last month. You tried so many times to get me to go along with you guys, and I always seemed to be too busy. Life's too short. Your leaving us so young makes me realize how precious little time we all have here. I guess we are all on borrowed time, some just more so than others. I truly believe that when you got to the gates of Heaven, St. Peter let you in. Not because you went to Church every Sunday, but because I believe that Heaven is for all the people who lived their lives caring about other people. And you are at the top of that list. And I know we're not supposed to pray for things like "sports", but next January when the Rams make the playoffs and I pray for them, I know I'll have some help from above. Cowboy fans look out!!!!

Wow, a shocker, I hadn't seen Shane since a calf roping out at Arnold Burrell's a few years ago. They don't come any nicer and down to earth than Shane- whenever we roped together , I think he knew what I was going to do before I did and vice-versa. God speed Shane, you wil be missed. Pete Arnold
