vic was a respected Shell dealer at Broadway & Pantano, Tucson and actively supported the neighbors nearby & other vehicle owners, trying to be a responsive local citizen. Many who knew him miss his presence.

What a fun man, Vic was. I closed all of his escrows. Was always sneaking cigarettes from me. Hardly seems possible that 20 years has gone by since his passing.
