Virginia THOMPSON

THOMPSON, Virginia Ginger passed to eternal rest on April 22, 2017 surrounded by her family. Her childhood was spent on the family farm in Walthill, NE. She moved to Tucson in 1962 and graduated from Palo Verde High School and later from Lamson Business College. She lived in Silverbell, AZ where she made many lifelong friends. She is survived by her children, Kenny Thompson and Karen (Robbie) Narum; her long-term partner, John Varela; brothers, Jim and Don Alam and seven grandchildren. She touched many with her generosity, love and sense of adventure. She made this world a better place. Mass: 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 12, 2017 at Our Lady of The Desert. Interment: 1:00 p.m. at Holy Hope. Remembrance: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Glover Ranch. Arrangements by ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME.
