Emma Lucero Our Mother Emma peacefully ascended into heaven in the early morning hours of April 2, 2014. She was born on January 9, 1924, in Clint, Texas, where she resided until 1954, at which time she moved to Tucson and lived here until the time of her death. Mother was predeceased by her husband, Juan; her parents, Alfredo and Maria R. Villalobos and her two brothers, Manuel and Saul Villalobos. She is survived by three daughters, Diane Bayne, Luanne (John) Tompkins and Joanne Lucero; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also survived by her four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Clubhouse at Tucson Meadows, 2121 S. Pantano, Tucson, Arizona. Emma's family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Agape Hospice, all of whom cared for Emma as though she was a member of their own family.
