Helen Ruth Cannon Seader Helen was raised on angel's wings just before midnight on August 27, 2014 in time to meet her beloved husband, Philip Seader, in heaven for their 61st wedding anniversary on the 29th. She was born to Grace and George in Cincinnati on April 5, 1928. Helen's accomplishments and adventures are simply too extensive to list here, but everyone she has left behind, Philip, Alexis, Ruth (Mark) Peterson, Mary Beth (Bernie) Style, Carol, Gregory, Andrea (Mike) Sanders, Michael (Margaret), and Donna (Stan) Spackeen, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson, take comfort and pride in the work she did to save innocent unborn babies and with the Catholic Church. Her conservative values and patriotism involved her in numerous boards, and those that knew her knew the charity and goodness in her heart. Arizona's 1997 American Mother of the Year, her family is grateful and blessed to have been hers. "It's easier to go down a hill then up it, but the view is much better at the top." - Her final fortune cookie August 27, 2014. Services will be held at St Joseph's Church, 215 S. Craycroft Rd. Visitation Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations locally to Reachout, Fatima, Merilac, Beacon Foundation, St Vincent de Paul, or any Wounded Warrior Project.
