Bernard Metsch Obituary

Bernard "Bernie" S. Metsch 8/24/1929 - 10/29/2011 Went home to be with his wife, Evelyn. He is survived by his sons, Jeffery and Roger Metsch and families. Bernie was a gun enthusiast, a lifelong member of the NRA, and spent many years of his life as a general contractor. During his recent years, Bernie spent his mornings watching Gun Smoke and enjoying meals at Joe's Pancake House. He brought love to all that knew him and left his friends and family with many happy memories that will forever be cherished. Services will be held at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.

Bernie was my mentor at Codd Const. and taught me how to estimate blueprints which I always appreciated and told him so. Bernie I will miss you and miss seeing you at the Marksman gun range.
