Jane Ann Priester (nee Zimmerman) 85, of Tucson, AZ passed away March 6, 2013. Jane was born in Milwaukee, WI and was a graduate of Milwaukee University School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was a special education teacher for Milwaukee Public Schools before retiring to Tucson. Jane was lover of opera, an avid singer, and a Civil War history buff who regularly volunteered at the Tucson Historical Society. For 62 years Jane was the loving wife of George H. Priester Jr.; mother to Janet McCausland (Tom), Mary Crawford (Darrell); grandmother to Katie, Annie, Morgan, Logan and Matt. On Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. a Memorial Service will be held at Catalina Foothills Church, 2150 N. Orange Grove Rd. In lieu of flowers donations in Jane's memory may be made to TMC Hospice (Peppi's House), 5301 E. Grant Rd. Tucson 85712. Arrangements by ANGEL VALLEY FUNERAL HOME.
