Louis S. Aranda age 84 passed away September 20, 2013. Mr. Aranda was a Korean War Veteran in the United States Army during a three year stint. After attending college he reenlisted nine years later and spent several years at Los Alamos, NM working with radar operations. He was very proud of his military career. Louis was preceded in death by his parents, Simon and Dolores Aranda; brothers, Joseph, Sal and Alfred Aranda; sisters, Sarah Padilla and Aurora Sereno. He is survived by his sister, Adela A. Zaccagnini; sister-in-law, Frances Aranda, numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at CARRILLO'S TUCSON MORTUARY (North Chapel) 204 S. Stone Ave. with a Rosary recited at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Southern Arizona Veteran's Cemetery in Sierra Vista, AZ.
