I am so saddened to learn of dear Rudy's passing. He was a great friend and the best boss. He taught me so much and we remained friends long after I left CPS. He will be missed by all. Wagner family, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Rudy was a great guy, we worked at CPS for many years.He cared about the many families that he served.He loved his own family very much,and was so very proud of Brandon and his grand children. You will be missed my friend!

I'm so sorry to hear of Rudy's passing. We worked together at CPS in the early 80's and had contact through our jobs after that. Rudy was a caring and cheerful person.

My sincere condolences. I went to Sunnyside with Rudy. He was the most down-to-earth individual I knew back then. He didn't think himself above anyone else and talked to everyone in our class. The last time I saw him was at our 20th Reunion and he hadn't changed in the slightest. I'm sure he was welcomed by the angels and all our fellow classmates.
