Ryan was an avid outdoorsman and very proficient in sports, especially hunting and fishing. As his many friends can tell you Ryan loved life and always smiled for everyone. He had great respect for his parents, relatives, and friends. Ryan was well rewarded for his efforts while representing Warrior Academy in their sports programs including basketball, which he played on two state championship teams, football, and baseball. He was loved by all. Ryan had a special love and bond for his sister, Marlena, as she did for him. They were best friends. Ryan's last tweet to Marlena was I'm so thankful for my sister. She's so awesome. I do not know what I would do without her. I love you.
