Toni Forehand-Rogers Obituary
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sondra Burkhalter-Akin.
Survivors include her mother, Ruby Burkhalter; her father, Kidd C. Kelly; her husband, Bobby Rogers; her sister, Deborah Knight; her brothers, Joseph, Randall, and Buddy; and special nieces and nephews, Opal Watkins, Angel Watkins, Selena Bigham, T.J. Bigham, and David Smelley.
Honorary pallbearers are Rex Hudson, John W. Gray, IV, and employees of North Harbor.
