TUSCALOOSA Annie P. Keith, age 81, of Tuscaloosa, died April 28, 2013, at Glen Haven Nursing Home. Services were 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Memory Chapel Funeral Home with Matt Evans and Wayne Duren officiating. Burial followed in Memory Hill Gardens with Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dotson and Rilla Hoggle; daughter, Debra Keith; son, Melvin Wayne Cook; two great-grandsons; and three brothers.
Survivors include daughter, Sherry Lynn Keith; sons, Clifford W. Cook, Jr., John Earl Cook (Sherrie), Phillip Cook (Kathy), and James E. Keith (Connie); four sisters; three brothers; 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Annie was a special loving mother to her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, and especially her little angel Lynn. Our mother was a blessing from God. She was a devoted member of East Pointe Church of Christ and a volunteer at the VA for many years.
Pallbearers will be Bryant Abston, Larry Morris, Jr., Ronnie Dale Hall, III, and Amon Latham.
Honorary pallbearers are members of Glen Haven Nursing Home and East Pointe Church of Christ.
