FAYETTE Syble Faye Aldridge, age 75, of Fayette, died July 16, 2011, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church with Bro. Jason Holliman and Bro. John Stamps officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery with Nelson Funeral Home of Fayette directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Nelson; her sisters, Sythia King and Racheal Nelson; her grandson, William Holliman; and her son, Daniel Crowell.
Survivors include her husband, Amos Aldridge of Fayette; her daughter, Sharon Holliman (Daniel) of Kennedy; her son, Stanley Crowell of Northport; her sisters, Yvonne Stephenson (Kenneth) and Mary White, both of Fayette; her mother, Louella Nelson of Fayette; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Clayton Holliman, James Holliman, Larry Reiling, James McAlpin, Luke Pennington, and Andrew Grocholski.
Honorary pallbearers are Hunter Holliman, Melton Adams, Lance Beard, Mike Beavers, Justin Nelson, Bill Crowell, and Kenneth Stephenson.
