TUSCALOOSA Robert Bob Roger Reynolds, age 82, of Tuscaloosa, died Feb. 4, 2013, at Hospice of West Alabama. Graveside services will be 12 noon Friday at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Natalie Palmer Reynolds; his brother, William Cumberland Reynolds Jr.; and his parents, Margaret Clardy Reynolds and William Cumberland Reynolds Sr.
Survivors include his sons, John Palmer Reynolds of Birmingham and Gordon Palmer Reynolds of Waterbury, Vt.; and his grandchildren, Dr. Caroline Cade Reynolds of Little Rock, Ark. and Emily Elizabeth Reynolds and Katherine Anne Reynolds of Waterbury, Vt.
Mr. Reynolds was born June 18, 1930, in Birmingham. He was a graduate of Vanderbilt University and was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Argonaut (SS-475). He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1959. He was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Alabama State Bar and a previous board member of the Tuscaloosa Public Library.
Pallbearers will be Adolphe Catlin Cade IV, John D. Cade Jr., T. Gary Fitts, Leroy McAbee Sr., Charles M. Miller Jr., and William C. Reynolds III.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Presbyterian Church of Tuscaloosa, 900 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401; or Tuscaloosa Public Library E-Books, 1801 Jack Warner Pkwy., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
