Harold ADEN Obituary

"Harry" May 21, 1929 ~ March 30, 2013 Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jean; and parents, George & Lillian Aden. Survived by son, Stephen (Mary) Aden; daughter, Susan Bremner (Doug Erickson); grandchildren, Joseph (Aimee) Aden, Rachael (Jeremy) Braun, Theresa Aden, Daniel and Thomas Bremner (and their father, Timothy); great-grandchildren, Anthony & Chloe Aden and James & Zachary Braun. Harry served in the Korean War and was proudly known as an "Atomic Vet". He was loved by his family & friends and will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM, Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the CHURCH OF ST. JOHN VIANNEY, 19th Ave. No. @ Bromley St; SSP, with a Visitation from 9-11 AM prior to service at church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to The Foundation for American Vets. 651-457-6200

i didn't know Harry well, but I did enjoy talking to him at Grannys Donuts. He started coming there last fall and everyone enjoyed him. He was a good friend of Joe Garcia and he is the one who invited him to join us for our morning coffee. So sad to hear he passed away but I'm glad I knew him as long as I did. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family.. RIP Harry, you were a good person.
