We are so sorry to hear of the passing of John. I have many fond memories of him from my childhood as all us kids grew up with the Burger clan. Roller skating, hunting baseball and softball as well as our periodic road trips in our teen years to Bloomer to visit John. (As well as a visit to the local taverns to bring them the newest drinks such as the "summer hummer " ) The loss of your father is never easy and my wife and I feel your pain. RIP John and I am sure George will be glad to show you around when you get to the gates of heaven! To the Burger family we pray God will give you the strength to find peace in your loss and know that John is with our creator and savior Lord Jesus Christ.

Sorry to hear about John's passing. He was a true friend. We had so much fun fishing, playing softball, and boxing(John did the boxing). We both worked at Rayette on east 5th street in St. Paul in the early 1960's. He will always be remembered as a real friend. Our prayers go out to his family.
