Funeral Service at 1:30 PM on Thursday, Jan. 29 at ARLINGTON HILLS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 759 County Rd B East, Maplewood, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

ANDERSON, Leo M.  
Age 83, of Forest Lake Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather June 2, 1931 - January 18, 2015. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Leo worked in the banking industry throughout Minnesota from which he retired after 43 years, including time as a bank examiner and other executive duties. Preceded in death by parents, Halleck and Myrtle Anderson; and 13 siblings. Survived by wife of 62 years, Irene; children, Keith Anderson (Theresa Eilek), Karen (Jerry) Eastman, Kevin (Denise) Anderson, Kent Anderson (Klara), Kristofer (Julie) Anderson; grandchildren, Michael (Heidi) Anderson, Carol (Ryan) Johnson, David (Carley Rae) Anderson, John (Courtney) Anderson, Emily Anderson, Kaiya Anderson (Maurice Greene), Drew Anderson, Quinn Anderson; great-grandchildren, Leif, Liam, Hannah, Jackson; sister-in-law, Ruth Anderson; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. August 30, 1938 January 23, 2015 Age 76, of West St. Paul, passed away peacefully. Preceded in death by father, George Fritz; mother, Violet Fritz; daughter, Teri Metz. Survived by sons, Bob (Chris) and Tim (Lesley); daughter, Deb (Tony) Furlong; son-in-law, Dave Metz; 5 grandchildren. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Our Lady of Peace Hospice for the loving care they gave to Maybelle during her final days. A celebration of her life will be held on Fri. 1/30 from 4pm-8pm at DeGidio's, 425 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice.

1948 ~ 2015 Attn: Postal Workers Sheela passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family in Lake Elmo, MN. Sheela fought a courageous battle with lung cancer for the past nine years. She is survived by daughters, Michelle (Octavio) Sanchez & Amy (Dennis) St. Sauver; grandchildren, Ashley (Nick), Octavio, Zachary, Jessica, Danielle, Jack; great-grandaughter, Ava; mother, Jean; sister, Tina and brother, Frank. Preceded in death by grandmother, Lillian and fathers, Richard (who died when Sheela was 6 weeks old) and Frank. Sheela was a 30+ year employee of the USPS working in downtown St. Paul and the Minneapolis airport location. Gathering of Family & Friends Sunday, January 25, 2:00 - 6:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Cty Rd 5). BENTZIN, Iva Iris  
Age 86 of Stillwater, died on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Iva is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, William; daughter Kimberly (James) O'Connell; nieces and nephews as well as many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Margaret (Halfpop) Christie and brother Charles Christie. Iva was a school teacher for many years in Iowa and California. She enjoyed antiquing, gardening, reading, playing the piano and traveling. The Funeral service will be held at 10 am Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 115 N 4th Street, Stillwater, MN, 55082. The visitation will be from 4-7 pm, Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave. N, Stillwater, MN, 55082 and also for one hour prior to the service at church on Wednesday. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.

Age 66 Of Hugo passed away January 21st doing what he loved - ice fishing. U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Vietnam. BLOOM, Philip "Scotty"  
Born February 4, 1924 Died January 12, 2015 Longtime resident of St. Paul, most recently the Ravoux HiRise, where many friends will greatly miss his cheerful greetings and tremendous sense of humor. Scotty came from a family of 16 and grew up near Payne Avenue and Swede Hollow on St. Paul's East Side. He attended St. John's elementary school and Harding High School. Scotty served in all four branches of the military. Scotty had an eye for the ladies. He loved life and lived it on his terms. Graveside Service 2 PM Tuesday, Jan. 27 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery (Assembly Area #3). A special thanks to Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly for all of their kindness.
