HILLYER, Margaret E.
Born May 1, 1927, died May 16, 2016. Today our mother and friend left the earth to go and dance with "her angels". We will miss her sparkly eyes, lively spirit, and warm hospitality. Anyone who knew Peggy will undoubtedly have a wonderful memory of a lazy summer day on Lake Mille Lacs or a music filled night around the campfire enjoying stories of adventures long past. What a blessing, how fun, how generous she was to all of us who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hillyer and is survived by her son, Perry and his wife, Jill. As a memorial, and in lieu of a formal service, Peggy's desire was for each of us to move forward in life and fully celebrate the joy and beauty that every day offers.
