Marilyn DICKEL

Age 84 of St. Paul Passed away on March 1, 2014 She was preceded in death by husband, Morris; parents, Ben and Rose Rivkin; sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Roger Koolick. Survived by children Bonnie Dickel Hoffman, Steve Dickel and Susie and Mickey Minsberg; grandchildren Talya and Elana Minsberg, Sarah and Jake Hoffman, Chaya Leah and Shmulie Dickel. Marilyn was born in St. Paul and graduated from Central High School and the University of Minnesota. She followed Morrie to Crookston, MN, his hometown where they lived for 40 years. Marilyn lovingly created a Jewish home for her family-the only Jewish family in town. We will miss her beautiful blue eyes, her great sense of humor and the joy of satisfying her insatiable sweet tooth. Special thanks to the caring staff at Sholom East-Bentson Assisted Living, Sholom Hospice and Homewatch Caregivers. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the donor's favorite charity.
