Age 92 Died on March 9 in Stillwater, MN Preceded in death by parents Edwin and Olga Anderson, sister Virginia and grandson Rowan. Survived by wife Carol; son Carl Anderson; three daughters, Catherine (Jay) Sleiter, Christine (Richard) Anderson-Sprecher, Martha (Christopher) Anderson; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graduated from Bethel College and University of Minnesota
(Ph.D. in Zoology). Professor of Zoology (Bethel), Professor of Genetics and Acting Director of the Dight Institute for Human Genetics (University of Minnesota). Research in genetics of breast cancer
and epilepsy. President of Sigma Xi, American Scientific Affiliation, Behavior Genetics Association, and Institute for Advanced Christian Studies. Volunteered with United Way, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, church and community. Authored books and articles concerning science and religion. Memorial service 11 AM Saturday, March 15th at CENTRAL BAPTIST CHURCH; 420 Roy St N, St. Paul (651-646-2751). Private interment Roselawn Cemetery. Memorials preferred to MacLaurin Institute V.
