Charles Hamilton LUTHER Obituary
Age 94 of White Bear Lake Died December 13, 2012 A native Minnesotan, "Ham" was a graduate of Blake School, attended Harvard, and received his law degree from the University of Minnesota in 1943. He was in-house counsel for Minneapolis Honeywell for more than 20 years. He spent the second half of his legal career as Deputy Attorney General in the State of Minnesota's Attorney General Office where he retired in the fall of 1984. Ham enjoyed travel and he and his wife Ann had many wonderful trips together. Ham also loved sports--he was an avid tennis player, sailor, and enjoyed golf in his later years. He is survived by his wife, Ann Tousley Luther; his children: Charlie, Mark, and Sara; his step-children: Herb Tousley, Rick Tousley, and Sue Tousley Keswani; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ham's final act of compassion and generosity was the donation of his body to the University of Minnesota's Anatomy Bequest Program. He will be missed. A private reception will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials to Doctor's Without Borders.
