11.25.2014 was your first birthday in heaven (66 earthly birth anniversary). It was a cloudy day but the 3 red heart balloons floated to heaven perfectly. Happy Birthday Jim! You will always be remembered. Love you and missing you so much.

Thank you for the pleasant surprise, loving Jim. Thank you for the very comforting surprise on your first month death anniversary (8-12-2014). Thank you for sending your love from heaven.
The picture is from one of Jim's 4" pillar candle that I lit 24/7 in honor of his memory and for my nightly rosary/novena - the wax melted in a shape of a heart!
Thank you for making my heart skip a bit Jim! What a wonderful feeling! Thank you, I will always love you. I miss you - so much!

I miss you so much. My heart died when you left. I wish you were still here. Life is not the same when you are not around. I miss your kind and loving ways, your voice, your hugs, your smile, even when you were just sleeping knowing that you were just next to me. I miss the ‘you'. I wish things were different but you are in a peaceful place now. I can't really complain about that. I am happy for you for not having those terrible pain anymore. I wish I could join your world sooner. Life in the living is no fun without you. Your memory I treasure so much. I thank God that in those memories I am seeing you in everything, in the house, in the yard, while going to places, in family, in friends, even in the crowd hoping I could see your likeness. I am seeing you especially when my eyes are closed. There were times when I feel you were around me… it's a pleasant comfort and I thank you for that. I love you and I miss you so much… until we meet again.

Uncle Jim,
You will be missed.
I am grateful I had the opportunity to spend time with you over the past several months. I will always remember you and appreciate you for ~ telling your (sometimes irreverent) jokes that made me laugh and smile; recommending books for me to read (about some really important life lessons; patiently tutoring me in history and social studies; being my dance partner at my high school father/daughter dance when my dad couldn't be there; preparing stuffing, pies and all the other holiday fare for Thanksgiving feasts at my mom's house; allowing Evan to interview you and Vicki to gain some insight for his junior high writing assignment; sending that one crazy/weird Christmas card; letting me babysit and hang out with Jimmie Heather; and sharing Vicki with us all.
I have been listing to Journey these past few days ~ and thinking of you "faithfully".
I know you are finally at peace and am relieved that you will suffer no more.

Uncle Jim,
You will be missed by so many. I am grateful to have been able to spend time with you in the past several months. Finally you can be at peace and endure no more suffering. I will always remember that you were my escort to my father/daughter dance in high school when my dad couldn't be there; that you were my ever so patient tutor when I struggled with my history and social studies classes; that you recommended some insightful books for me to read - some real life lessons; and that I enjoyed many Thanksgiving Eves with you prepping pies, stuffing, and all the other fixings at my mom's house; that your jokes, though sometimes fairly irreverent, made me laugh and smile; and that you fought the good fight with your illness.
I've been listening to Journey - and remembering you with a smile.

I was shocked this morning when I saw your name. It brought back some wonderful memories that we had together, from High School, Ramsey hockey games, and being best man in each others weddings, back in "69" and "70". It was a wonderful time in our life's. I will never forget you old friend! God bless you, and God bless your family, rest in peace old friend!

I was sad when I read this morning about the passing of your father. He sounds like such an interesting person. I hope that the good memories help you through this sad time. I'm thinking of you.
