Stanley Russell STARIHA Obituary
Suddenly December 20, 2013 SSP Class of 1955 Stanley was born Nov. 30, 1936 in South St. Paul. Preceded in death by his parents, Russell & Mildred. Survived by children Bruce (Jill), Nici (Garrick) Villaume, Mark (Mary Jo) Dvorak, Lisa Lemke, Joe (Tina) &Philip; brothers Richard (Maureen) & Russell; sister Eunice Dasovich; grandchildren Brent, Remi, Dominic, Ashela, Alexa, Blaise, Joseph, Govanni, Robert & Jaxson; great-grand-daughter Olivia. Stanley spent 3 years in the US Navy and traveled all over the world on the USS Forrestal. He worked his early years at Rifkin & Co. and retired from a printing firm. When Stanley was in the room, the family fun started along with his many stories. He always had time to talk and listen to everyone who would call or stop by. He was a member of AA for 27 years and proud of it. Lifelong "Harley Man" who took his last ride on his 77th birthday. A lifelong "Green Bay Packer Fan". Special thank you to the Mpls VA Hospital for years of wonderful care he received from many including Dr. T, nurses Kevin Hardy & Jean ("Harley Girl"). Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, Jan. 4th 11:00 a.m. @ ST. JOHN VIANNEY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 19th Avenue North @ Bromley St., SSP. Visitation 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the Church, Lunch to follow Mass. Private family Interment. Memorials preferred to St. John Vianney Church.
