William AMADICK Obituary
AMADICK William 1932-2013 Our loving husband, father, and grandfather has taken the Lord's hand to Heaven. We will miss his larger than life personality that drew so many to him. His incredible sense of family has lead the way for five children, fourteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren that were the center of his heart. Bill grew up on the West Side of St. Paul attending St. Matthews School and Humboldt High School where he played three sports and was recently inducted into their sports hall of fame. His love of sports continued throughout his life coaching all sports for many years in Mendota Heights where he lived with his wife of forty years Midge. Bill is a US Navy Korean War Vet. When he retired, he and Midge moved to their home on Ponto Lake where he tended to his yard, took pontoon rides and thanked God for the privilege of sharing it all with his family and friends who will miss him each and every day. He is preceded in death by his brother Bob, father William and mother Ella. He is survived by sister Lorraine Cook, children, William and wife Cynthia, Stephen and wife Marina, Cynthia and husband Paul Tews, Jason and wife Bridgett, Jerrod and wife Melanie. Grandchildren Randy, Micolette, Rachael, Chelsea, Bradley, Ilya, Dylan, Addison, Jerrod, Joseph, Marie, Mia, Deanna, and Molly. Two great granddaughters, Brooklynn and Kasey. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Friday at the Church of St. Peter, 1405 Sibley Memorial Hwy, Mendota. Visitation 5-8PM Thursday at Natural Burial and Cremation by Willwerscheid West-Heights, 235 Wentworth Ave. W., West St. Paul, 651-457-7938. Burial at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred.
