My dear Iijima friends; I met your Mother-Grandmother in 1951 when girlfriend and I babysat her first child at her and husband Ike's new home in So.St.Paul, Mn. I was age 18. My girlfriend Muriel; whom I later married was Ike"s first dental assistant at his just purchased dental office above the bank in Newport. Dr. Iijima did dental work for me in exchange for me moving Rose and him to their new home. I had an old truck at the time. Ike helped more than he ever knew by getting me into the National Guard with fellow friend Captain Steve C.
Best wishes to all and very sorry for your loss of two very nice parents and Grandparents. Rose and Ike

Dear Ann: Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. She must have been quite a lady to have raised you! I hope that you will find, as I eventually did, that she remains in your heart--Deborah
