Loving Wife, Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma and Sister ~ Age 83 of the Rice Street area passed away peacefully on January 5, 2013. Preceded in death by husband, Pete, parents, Martin & Gregoria Silva, brothers, George & Mike Silva and sister, Mary "Mimi" Callan. Survived by son, Peter (Kim); daughter, Cindy; grandchildren, Mollie (Richie), Tim, Ellie & Peter Thomas; great grandchildren, RJ, Iszabelle & Mackenize; sisters, Ann Mercado & Lucy (Larry) Jacobson; brother, Peter Sr. (Ruth) Silva; many nieces, nephews and friends. Alberta was the 1st Grandma of Rice Street Baseball. She was loved by everyone she met. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 11AM at CHURCH OF OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE, 401 Concord Street, St. Paul.
