Ronald L. BIRCH Obituary
Died peacefully after a valiant fight with Inclusion Body Myositis, complicated by severe lung issues. Ron graduated from St. Thomas Military Academy and attended St. Thomas Univ. and the U of MN. He was a Realtor and residential/ commercial contractor. After his family and his faith, hunting, fishing and rock climbing were his loves. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Lenore (Sis) nee Corcoran; children Cammie (Joe) Knudsen, Ron, and Cara (Scott) Anderson. His grand-children Zachary, Nicholas, Meghan & Cecilia Knudsen; Allison & Ryan Birch; and Caitlin, Cade, & Colden Anderson were his particular delights. He was involved in their lives and activities and they enveloped him with their love. He is also survived by his sister, Barbara (Jerry) Ciresi and many other family members and friends. He was welcomed into heaven by Jesus, his parents June and Homer, and a grandbaby he never had the pleasure of meeting. We are deeply indebted to Dr. David Walk, Dr. Charlene McEvoy, Dr. John MacIndoe, and Dr. Scott Crowe who unselfishly gave of their skills, time, and expertise to enable us to enjoy Ron as long as we did. A celebration of Ron's life will be held on Saturday, Feb.1 at 11AM at St. Mary of the Lake Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave. White Bear Lake, MN. Visitation is from 9:30-11AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
