Dear Heisler family,
Our family did not know Matt, but one of my sons heard his story from a news broadcast. I am a Lakeville parent, a UND graduate, and (many years ago) worked for an ambulance service that covered parts of northern MN. The tragic loss of your son (and previously, his sister) seems too much pain for one family to bear - we are so sorry for your loss. I wanted to commend you for sharing Matt's story about being an organ donor during such a difficult time. Your tremendous courage in supporting his decision means his life will touch so many others - forever. I pray that this brings your family some measure of comfort. We send our deepest sympathies...
