Joe was a wonderful uncle and we will miss him. Our mother, Mary Elsinger Perkins, was his sister and she predeceased him. We were born, raised, and reside in CA, but the first 18 years of each of our lives, we saw Joe every single summer when we came to MN to visit. A few times, we even came in the winter! Our memories are strong and loving. Rest in peace, dear Joe. Love, Susan Perkins Bell, Sara Perkins Jenez, John F. Perkins, and Tim C. Perkins.

Mr Elsinger was certainly a true gentleman. I remember caddying for him at the WBYC. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you sir. May your soul rest in peace. Your family is in my prayer and thoughts.
