Age 64 of Inver Grove Heights Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Jan. 20, 2017. Preceded in death by his father, Leo; & uncle, Dean. Survived by daughters, Brooke (Eric), Devan (Darren) Palmer & Alison (Todd) Dittbrenner and their mother, Lynne; grandchildren, Josie, Seth, Jakob & Abby; mother, Joan; sister, Kari; brother, Jeff (Susie); significant other, Dee Goodwill-Huback; and many other family members & friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30AM Friday, Jan. 27th at the CHURCH OF ST. AUGUSTINE, 3rd St. No. @ 4th Ave. in South St. Paul. Visitation 6-8PM Thursday, Jan. 26th at KLECATSKY & SONS SOUTHERN CHAPEL, 414 Marie Ave. in South St. Paul. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery in South St. Paul. 651-451-1551

I am deeply saddened by your loss of Greg. I just found out through the websight of our 50th SSP Class Reunion. I would just like to say Greg will be fondly remembered as a neighbor growing up on 12th Ave. So, a classmate, and a friend. He was a kind hearted person. My sympathy to all his family, friends and significant other. God's blessings to you all.

To the family:

I was so sorry to hear of Greg's passing from cousin David Schultz and also Greg's brother Jeff. I hope the happy memories your family shares about his life are a comfort to you. I remember many fun get-togethers with everyone, some of which took place on my Uncle Al's farm as well as my Uncle Tony's and Aunt Jean's farm way back when.

I will try my best to attend the mass on Friday, as I have some schedule conflicts that may not be able to be worked out in time. I will be with you in spirit if I can't be physically present.

Greg is one of the finest friends and co-worker I had the pleasure of knowing. We made some wonderful fulfilling accomplishments working together. I give Greg's family my deepest sympathy and sorrow for your loss. My deepest sorrow is I am unable to attend his funeral service and to share my condolence's with his family. I will be in a Hospital for a two day physical at this time. GOD BE WITH YOU ALL!!!!!!

we are beyond sad and sorry for the loss of a great friend. He was one of the best people we ever got to know in his short time with us. I remember the great handshake the first time i meet him to ever other time we saw each other. To his wonderful girls(the beautiful and sweet people they are) his grand kids all the other family especially his sweet mother Joan we want to say how sorry we are for your loss. We are so sorry for your loss. One of Gregs favorite songs was Hold your head up by Argent back when he was in the Navy. Time goes by so fast. Greg is with my brother, his father and uncle and my Dad now. All of them giving each other grief.
