Chesin (Nisker), Helen - August 21, 1924 March 25, 2004 She was predeceased by her one true love, Percy in 1986 and will be greatly missed by her children, Bruce (Ann), Joe (Mary), Laurie (Shelly), Steve (Patti); and grandchildren, David, Daniel, Adam, Jenny, Jordan, Darion, Rachael, Nicolle and Michaela. Helen is also survived by her brother, Mike Nisker; niece, Arleen Diamond; sister-in-law, Leah Milstein; and brothers-in-law, Nate, Maury and Jack Chesin; as well as many other nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Helen was remarkable for her ability to live life with optimism, caring, honesty, openness, respect and humor. She loved everyone she met and in return was loved by all who knew her. Her family would like to extend their thanks and gratitude to the caring staff on the third floor at Sholom Home West. Funeral services Sunday, 1 PM, UNITED HEBREW BROTHERHOOD CEMETERY CHAPEL, 70 1/2 & Thomas Ave. S. Memorials preferred to Sholom Home West or donor's favorite charity.
