Frank Randolph Bryant

Frank Randolph Bryant, 62, of Ukiah, CA passed away at his home on Wednesday, December 18, 2013. Frank was born in Fortuna, CA on August 31, 1951. He graduated from Fortuna High School in 1969. He worked his way from pulling green chain at the Eel River Saw Mill to the Sales Department at Pacific Lumber Company. Later in his career, he worked for Valley Lumber in Stockton and All-Coast Lumber in Cloverdale. In his semi-retirement, he enjoyed selling cherries at farmers markets in the North Bay area. Frank was preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Emily Bryant of Fortuna, CA. Frank was survived by his loving wife Joan Bosrock, who was by his side every day, and by his three children and their families: Lance, Angela and Kendall Bryant of Windsor, CO; Collin, Karyn and Finley Bryant of Modesto, CA; and Grant Bryant of Jamul, CA. He was also survived by his brothers and sisters and their families: Jeff, Janet, and Julie Bryant and Jamie Field; Katherine and Glenn Ziemer and Jason and Patrick Queen; and Nancy, Ron, Ben and Seth Victorine. As well as the entire Bosrock family, who adopted Frank as one of their own. Frank was genuinely a great man and will be missed by all. Frank requested that his body be cremated and that his spirit be set free at Paradise, Shelter Cove, and Costa Rica. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2013 at the Saturday Afternoon Clubhouse in Ukiah, CA. The memorial will begin at 1:30 PM.
