Bobbi Nicolay

Bobbi Nicolay, 79, of Ukiah passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012 at home with her family present. Bobbi was born April 18, 1933 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Bobbi had lived in Ukiah for the past 36 years. She worked as a secretary and a keypunch operator. She was proud of her children and grandchildren. Bobbi was in the Quilters Guild, TOPS, KOPS and HooHooettes. Her family will always remember her holiday tradition of making hand-made gifts for everyone in the family. Bobbi is survived by her daughters Debi Martin and husband Kile of Laguna Niguel, Ca. Belinda Briggs of Ukiah, Becki Armstrong and husband Tom of Ukiah and Kippi Dayton and husband Jimmy of Ukiah, son Scott Briggs of Ukiah, 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ted Nicolay. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Ukiah Cemetery Chapel at 10:30 AM. A reception to follow, location to be announced. Memorial contributions in Bobbi's name may be made to Walk to end Alzheimer's. Arrangements are under the direction of the Eversole Mortuary.
