UNION — Paul Ellis Eison, 45, 109 Willow Lane, died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013.

A native of Union, he was the son of Margaret Eison Sims of the home and the late Matthew Eison. He was a graduate of Union High School.

He was preceded in death by his father, Matthew Eison; his brother, Melvin Eugene "Tweety Bird" Eison; and his stepfather, Curtis Sims Sr.

Survivors in addition to his mother include four brothers, Kenny Eison, Craig Eison, Richard Eison, and Curtis "C J" Sims II; two sisters, Tracie Eison and Tiffany Eison; and a nephew reared in the home, Marcus Jones.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Michael A Glenn Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the home.

Timothy Wylie

UNION — Mr. Timothy "T.C" C. Wylie Jr., 94, 203 Springdale Drive, Union, widower of Teny Stone Wylie, passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 at Heartland of Lexington, West Columbia, S.C.

Mr. Wylie was born Oct. 29, 1918, a son of the late Timothy C. Wylie Sr. and Lula Goff Wylie. He was a graduate of Columbia City Schools and the University of S.C. Mr. Wylie was a retired pharmacist and owner of Plexico Wylie Drugstore for 35 years. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church; a member of the BPO Elks Lodge #1321 and had served in the American Legion. Mr. Wylie was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in World War II.

Surviving are a sister, Margaret W. Sox; a niece, Mary Lynn Sox; a great-niece, Casey L. McIntosh and a great-nephew, Christopher "Kipper" McIntosh, all of Lexington.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, 2013 at Union Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev David Bauknight. Members of the Table of Wisdom of Bantam Chief and the Hardee's Bunch are asked to sit in a group as special pallbearers.

Visitation will be held following the service in the Parlor of Grace United Methodist Church.
