CANDIA - John E. Klocek, 86, died March 8, 2014, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home after a long illness, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Candia on Nov. 4, 1927, the son of the late Edward K. and Anna Klocek (Lazzar).He attended Central High School and NHTI. John was a lineman supervisor for Public Service of New Hampshire for 36 years. Also he was a member of the Rockingham Lodge No. 76 F & AM. John loved to fish and shared his passion for fishing with his grandsons.John was predeceased by his wife of 57 years Edalina Klocek (Coutinho) in 2005 and his grandson John G. Queenan in 2003. He is survived by daughters Linda P. Brock (Klocek) of Candia, and Joann K. Queenan (Klocek) of Hooksett; brother Stanley Klocek of Candia; four grandchildren Adam J., Anthony E., Corey J., and Casey N. Brock; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

SERVICES: Friends are invited to Maiden Petrin Funeral Home, 45 High St. in Candia Monday, March 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. A funeral will be held at the Candia Congregational Church on Tuesday at 11 a.m. A spring burial will be held at the families' convenience in the Auburn Village Cemetery.Arrangements have been entrusted to Maiden Petrin Funeral Home www.MaidenPetrin.com.
