THE VILLAGES, Fla. - Linda May Guimond, 60, passed away Feb. 23, 2013.
Born on March 24, 1952, in Hoosick Falls, N.Y., Linda came to The Villages in October, 2012.
She retired from BAE Systems in Nashua, N.H., after 30 years of service as a solder technician.
She enjoyed remodeling, decorating, painting, including ceramics, and shopping. Linda created a home wherever she went. She is survived by her husband, Robert Guimond, The Villages; two daughters, Shawna Labrecque, Manchester, N.H., and Tammy Lynn Swansburg, New Boston, N.H.; three stepdaughters, Cathy Dogherty, Kingsland, Ga.; Annie Dwyer and Vicky Valcourt, both of Weare, N.H.; a sister, Judy Gagnon, Concord, N.H.; brother, James Lockrow, Franklin, N.H.; half sisters, Penny Palmer Morgan and Linda Palmer, both of Stephenstown, N.Y.; half brother, Ezra Church, Petersburg, N.Y.; stepmother, Hope Lockrow, Weare, N.H.; three grandchildren, eight step- grandchildren, and two step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brother, William Lockrow, half brother, Eric Church, and stepbrother, Roger Hardy.
