MANCHESTER - Richard E. Landry, 76, of Manchester, and a former longtime resident of Merrimack died Friday, Dec. 21, at the Villa Crest in Manchester after a long illness.
He was born in Nashua on Feb. 24, 1936, a son of the late Albert and Eva (Lizotte) Landry.
Before retirement, he was employed at Rockwell International in Manchester and had formerly worked at Hitchiner's Manufacturing in Milford as a master mold maker. Mr. Landry was an avid photographer and a loyal Patriots fan.
He is the widower of Lorraine A. (Renaud) Landry who died in 1990, and was also pre-deceased by a brother Robert Landry. Members of his family, include three daughters and a son in-law, Becky Raskiewicz of Montana, Denise and Cecil Chaney of Manchester, and Michelle Landry, also of Manchester; three grandchildren, Jeremy Raskiewicz, Craig Mathis, and Chantel Conley, and several nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: Memorial calling hours will be held in the Rivet Funeral home, 425 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, Friday from 5-7 p.m. A memorial service will be in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
