WOODSTOCK -- Robert B. Barron, 39, of Fadden Drive in North Woodstock, died April 2, 2009, at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth.
He was born in Laconia on Oct. 10, 1969, to Francis and Ruth (Kinne) Barron of North Woodstock. He was a 1989 graduate of Lin-Wood High School. He also attended Berlin Vocational Technical Institute, where he studied automotive repair.
Mr. Barron worked many years at Lincoln Cinemas. He also worked many years at Mt. Freeze and in the maintenance department at the former Drummer Boy. Most recently, he worked in maintenance at the Beacon Resort in Lincoln.
He enjoyed cars and spent time at the local garages.
In addition to his parents, family includes a sister, Nancy (Barron) Partridge of Walpole, Mass., and uncles.
SERVICES: Calling hours are Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m., with a funeral service at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the Edmund Fournier Funeral Home, 144 Main St., North Woodstock, with the Rev. John Muehlke, pastor of the Pemi Valley Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Woodstock Cemetery, Route 3, Woodstock.
