FRANKLIN - Thelma Madeline Ramsdell, 79, formerly of Atwell Hill Road, died Feb. 5, 2013, at Mountain Ridge Health Care Center in Franklin.
Born in Windsor, Vt., on Oct. 5, 1955, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Florence (Chase) Ramsdell. She grew up in Wentworth and graduated from Wentworth schools and also from Orford High School, in Orford. She resided in Wentworth for many years.
Thelma is survived by her daughter, Darlene Smith and her husband, Eugene; brother, Richard Ramsdell and his wife, Donna; grandchildren, Jason Smith and his wife, Kate, Stanley Smith; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Evan, Dustin; niece, Robin Ramsdell; nephew, Stephen Ramsdell; great nieces and great nephews, Hannah Grace, Christopher, Lillian, Chelsey, and Ayden.
SERVICES: Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, 12 Langdon St. Plymouth, on Sunday Feb. 10, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Wentworth Baptist Church, Cape Moonshine Road, on Monday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Jeremy Cochran, pastor, will officiate. Spring burial will be held in the Warren Village Cemetery.
