Rev. Vincent Aliotta

MANCHESTER - Rev. Vincent Aliotta passed away March 11, 2014, from a fatal heart attack.He is survived by his mother, Eunice; his wife, AnneMarie Aliotta; his sisters, Nancy and Rosemary; and his children, Michelle, Paul and Elizabeth Aliotta, along with his daughter-in-law, Stefanie Aliotta.Vincent was born and raised in Beacon, N.Y., by his parents, Ferdinand and Eunice Aliotta, along with his sisters Barbara, Rosemary, and Nancy. He came to know his first great love, Christ, at the Poughkeepsie Church of the Nazarene, where he also soon met the second great love of his life, AnneMarie, whom he married Jan. 24, 1981. He then became a licensed minister for the church after graduating from Eastern Nazarene College in 1987. Afterwards his career began at the Kingston Church of the Nazarene before moving to New Hampshire to pastor the Hooksett Church of the Nazarene. He also served as a children's pastor at the Concord/Loudon Church of the Nazarene and as the interim pastor at the Burlington, Vt., and Haverhill, Mass., churches. Vincent was a man who loved God above all else and he passed that onto his family whom he cherished and loved as few men do.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held today, March 14, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McHugh Funeral Home at 283 Hanover St., Manchester 03104. On March 15, at 10 a.m., the funeral service will be held at the Community Chapel Church of the Nazarene at 5 St. Laurent St., Nashua 03064. Burial will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery on Brown Avenue in Manchester - (for GPS use 450 Calef Road, Manchester).In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are sent to Grace Chapel Nazarene Church at 7 Silver Ave., Hooksett, 03106.Online condolences may be offered at www.mchughfuneralhome.com.
