Lucille Houghton Obituary

ANTRIM - Lucille M (Heath) Houghton died July 27, 2011, at Hospice House in Concord.

She was born in Peterborough, the daughter of Christie M. and Lila A. (Cleveland) Heath. She also was predeceased by a son, Ernie, in 2008.

She worked 30-plus years at Sylvania in Hillsborough before her retirement.

Lucille was a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 59. She couldn't resist a good yard sale and socializing with friends.

She is survived by her five children, Lynne, Doug Jr., Joyce, Edd and Hope, 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, whom she enjoyed and loved.

Wish to extend my heartfelt sympathy to your family. Lucille, my mother Gertrude Clapp, and I go back many, many years with our affiliation with the Auxiliary and the 8/40. Lucille and my mother would just talk for hours. How Lucille loved doing anything and everything for the veterans. And how she loved her family. My mom passed away in November 2010. Cherish your memories.
