RAYMOND -- Sylvia F. (Moulton) Saunders, 82, died Jan. 13, 2011, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, Mass.
She was born July 5, 1928, in Haverhill, to Grover C. and Sarah J. (McGall) Moulton. Sylvia grew up in Raymond, and was a graduate of Raymond High School. On Aug. 19, 1950, she married Arthur Saunders Jr. She lived in Auburn and Hudson, and Portville, N.Y., where she worked for JC Penney in Allegheny, N.Y.
She returned to Raymond and lived the last 15 years in the house that she grew up in and that her father built.
She attended and was active in the Raymond Congregational Church. She was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. The most important thing in her life was her family and their well-being.
She was predeceased by her husband in 1980.
Family members include three sons, Steven Saunders of Salem, David Saunders of Mount Juliet, Tenn., and Miles Saunders of Petaluma, Calif.; one brother, Edward W. Moulton of Raymond; and a niece and several nephews.
IN HER LIFE: She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Alexis Saunders of Petaluma, Calif.; and one grandson, Liam Saunders of Petaluma, Calidf.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be Saturday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond. A memorial service will be Sunday at 1 p.m. at Raymond Congregational Church. The Rev. Ginny Slawnwhite will officiate.

I was very sorry to hear of the passing of your sister. My deepest sympahties as to your loss.
I hope all else is well with yourself and your daughter and hope to get up and visit with you prior to when I move to California.
