DERRY - Cheryl A. Indoccio, 57, of Derry, died Oct. 6, 2012, at her residence after a battle with cancer.

She was born May 17, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio, and was a daughter of the late Ward and Helen (Dalton) Doucette. She was raised and educated in Derry, attended Pinkerton Academy and was a lifelong resident of the Derry area. She was employed as an assembler/quality control technician with several electronics companies, including Hadco, Blackrock and Insight Technology.

Cheryl was a past member of the Hoodcroft Country Club and a member of VFW Post 1617 of Derry. She was an inspired artist and loved oil painting; she loved the beach and was an avid Patriots fan. She will forever be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend.

Members of the family include her three daughters, Jennifer Indoccio, Kristi Poulin and Brittney Indoccio, all of Derry; seven grandchildren, Jacklynn, Derek, Dylan, Jenna, Devin, Darren and Jaevian; two sisters, Kathy Giroux of Pittsfield, and Sue Bodendorf, of Derry; her companion, Lee Kolifrath of Derry; and her former husband, Thomas Indoccio of Hampton.

services:After cremation, a memorial visitation will be held Wednesday Oct. 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, and will conclude with a family ceremony.
