AUBURN - Constance I. "Connie" Foye, 62, of Auburn, died Feb. 11, 2013, at her residence, after a sudden illness.

Born in Manchester, on June 1, 1950, she was the daughter of Roger R. and Doris (Gingras) Marcotte. She resided in Manchester before moving to Auburn in 1978.

She graduated from Manchester Memorial High School, Class of 1968. She also earned her nursing degree from Notre Dame Hospital School of Nursing.

Mrs. Foye worked as a registered nurse at Catholic Medical Center for more than 40 years.

She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, whose family was the center of her life. She enjoyed crafts, especially knitting.

Family members include her husband of 41 years, William "Bill" J. Foye of Auburn; four sons, Christopher E. Foye of Billerica, Mass.; Colin P. Foye of Bath, Maine, Ceirn M. Foye of Henniker, and Cyle T. Foye of Tamworth; six grandchildren, Connor, Samuel, Joshua, Riley, Keelin, and Coalton; her sister, Colleen Marcotte of Florida; two nephews and many dear friends.


SERVICES: Calling hours are Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union St., corner of Concord Street, Manchester.

A committal service will be held Friday at noon in the Shaw Memorial Chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford. Burial will follow.
