NAPLES, Fla. - Henri (Hank) Moquin of Naples and Laconia, N.H., died Friday, Aug. 3, 2012, at the age of 79.
Son of the late Henri V. and Simone (Carette) Moquin, Henri is survived by his loving wife, Ruth (Iosua) Moquin, of 16 years; his children, Kathleen Holusha and husband Paul, Gary Iosua and wife Christina and Daniel Iosua; grandchildren Sonja Holusha and Cory and Isabella Iosua; his sister, Lorraine Masson and husband Don; nephew David Masson; and nieces Lucile Slaughter, Patti Bustead, Linda Lacz and Cheryl Dubois.
Hank served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and was honorably discharged in 1953. He received his associate degree in criminal justice at St. Anselm College and spent his career in law enforcement. He retired in 1983 from the Goffstown, N.H., Police Department as captain of detectives.
Hank enjoyed boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, carpentry, photography and working on computers. He was an avid reader and enjoyed going on cruises with Ruth and their friends.
