TOPSHAM, Maine - Keegan Alexander Brennen, 22, died Nov. 15, 2012.

He was born July 4, 1990 in Key West, Fla. He was an artist, illustrator, and creative writer who loved people, especially family and friends.
Keegan graduated Mount Ararat High School in 2008.
He graduated cum laude from the New Hampshire Institute of Art in Manchester, N.H., in May, 2012, with a bachelor of fine arts with a concentration in creative writing.
He is survived by his parents, Donald J. Brennen and Nora J. (Strickland) Brennen; his sister, Jovan Eary; his brother-in-law, Shawn Eary and his grandparents, Milt and Beverly Ritzthaler of Fort Myers, Fla.
In addition, Keegan is survived by the family pet (Frank-the-Cat) and his loving hamster, Sheba.
He was preceded in death by his red-eared slider-turtle, Squirtle and his leopard gecko, Venus.
Keegan had 12 uncles, 13 aunts, 40 first cousins and many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
