WOLFEBORO - Kenneth G. Joudrey, 78, of Wolfeboro and formerly of Londonderry, passed away Sept. 22, 2011, at Elliot Hospital, Manchester.

He was born Sept 30, 1932, in Gorham, son of Linnis and Ellis (Douglas) Joudrey.
He was a 1950 graduate of Gorham High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of University of New Hampshire .
In 1992, he retired from Raytheon Co. as an electronics engineer. During his career, he worked on the NASA Apollo, Mercury, and Gemini programs.
He was a member of the Order of Odd Fellows and the Londonderry Historical Society.
He enjoyed spending time at his camp at Great East Lake in Acton, Maine, fishing and boating.
He leaves his wife of 55 years, Roberta T. (Murphy) Joudrey of Wolfeboro; a son, Gordon Joudrey and his wife, Suzanne, of Londonderry; a daughter, Shelley White and her husband, Stephen, of Wells, Maine; four grandchildren, Kyle and Tyler Bangert and Marie-Starr and Kenneth Joudrey II.
SERVICES: Calling hours are Monday, Sept. 26, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Fleury-Patry Funeral Home, 33 Exchange St, Gorham. The funeral is Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Gorham. Online guest book at www.fleury-patry.com.
