LACONIA - Madeline Adelaide White, 87, of Parade Road, Laconia died Nov. 28, 2012, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, following a period of failing health.

Born in Whitefield on Dec. 19, 1924, she was the daughter of William and Mabel (Lawton) Johnson.
Madeline is survived by her husband of 66 years, Elmer "Whitie" White of Laconia; their six children: Carol Richards-Connor and husband, David of Meredith, Richard White and wife Sylvia of Leesburg, Fla., Robert White and wife, Helen of Moultonborough, Susan Adams and husband, Bob of Meredith, Patty Gianunzio and husband, Pat of Laconia, Alan White and wife, Carla of Durant Okla.; 11 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at Calvary Bible Church on St. James Street in Meredith on Dec. 8 at 11 a.m. to celebrate Madeline's life.
Madeline was involved in the King's Daughters Ministry at Calvary Bible Church since its inception in the early 1950s. The money raised by this ministry provides for many missionaries and supports mission projects. Those wishing, may make memorial contributions in Madeline's name, to King's Daughters, P.O.
