KINGSTON - Marie Theresa (Ceruolo) March, 80, died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Exeter Hospital in Exeter.

She was born Oct. 3, 1932, in East Boston, Mass., daughter of the late Nicholas Ceruolo and Angelina (Di'Orio) Ceruolo.

Marie was a graduate of East Boston High School. In 1957, she married Alphonse March and they settled initially in Connecticut, where they enjoyed the birth of their first two children, the two boys. They moved to Revere, Mass., where they celebrated the birth of their last child and only daughter. While in Revere, Marie worked for 15 years as an office clerk for Ma Bell and finished with New England Telephone. Later, they wanted to escape the city life which brought them to Derry. Their next move, made them snowbirds, traveling down south to Florida, where they spent nearly 20 years. Eventually, they returned to New Hampshire, to Kingston to be closer to children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.

Marie was a devoted daughter, especially to her mother. She was extremely caring and loving to her children and grandchildren. Marie generously sacrificed most of her free time, praying to St. Jude and St. Anthony for others. In her younger years, Marie's children recalled her love of music, playing the organ, and being an accomplished candlepin bowler. Later she found great joy in playing bingo.

She was predeceased by her husband, Alphonse, who died March 26, 2012.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan March; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Kathleen March; son, Steven March; six grandchildren, Matthew, Jillian, Lydia, Owen, Ethan, and Virginia; her sister and brother-in-law, Florence and Mannie Pestana; many cousins, including her best friend, Lucille Monuteaux, and friends.
