NEW BOSTON - Michael John Dalaker 48, passed away Nov. 25, 2012, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born on Long Island, N.Y., he had been a resident of New Boston since 1997. He was the son of Hans and Claire Dalaker.
Mr. Dalaker graduated from Northeastern University in 1987 and worked as a program analyst for Kewill Industries of Chelmsford, Mass., for several years. He served as a volunteer EMT for the New Boston Fire and Rescue. He was a youth hockey, baseball and soccer coach for many years. He was also an avid sports fan and dedicated New York Yankees fan.
Mr. Dalaker enjoyed spending time with his family, especially attending his sons' and daughter's youth hockey games and vacationing each year at Sanibel Island.
Members of the family include his wife, Denise Dalaker of New Boston; three children, Evan Dalaker, Gage Dalaker and Amy Dalaker, all of New Boston and one brother, Joseph Dalaker of Cheverly, Md.
SERVICES: Following cremation, a memorial reception will be held Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at French and Rising Funeral Home 17 South Mast St., Goffstown.
Private services, with burial at sea off the coast of Sanibel Island, Fla., will take place at a later date.
